Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The safety seal on cleaning products remains intact and unopened.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products and opened cleaning products may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@qianyustortshop.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Return Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
- Return the Item: Package the item securely and follow the provided return instructions. Please retain proof of postage for tracking purposes.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used cleaning products
- Personal care items where hygiene seals are broken
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@qianyustortshop.com within 3 days of receipt. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Qianyustortshop will cover the return shipping fees.
